Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
If you choose to purchase a product through our "Subscribe & Save" or any other recurring purchase option, you are agreeing to receive regular deliveries based on the frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged automatically for each of these deliveries until you choose to cancel.
1. How to Cancel or Modify Your Subscription
You have full control over your subscription and may cancel, pause, skip a delivery, or swap flavors at any time. To manage your recurring orders, simply log into your Fresh Supps customer account and navigate to the "Manage Subscriptions" portal.
Alternatively, you can contact our support team at support@freshsupps.com, and we will gladly assist you with your modifications or cancellation.
2. Cancellation Timing
To avoid being charged for your next delivery, you must cancel or pause your subscription prior to your next scheduled billing date. Once a recurring order has been processed and billed, the cancellation will take effect for the following billing cycle.
3. Processed Subscription Orders
If your subscription order has already been processed and fulfilled, the order itself cannot be canceled or stopped in transit. However, you may still return eligible, unopened items in accordance with our standard Shipping and Return Policy (which allows for returns within 15 days of purchase for a Fresh Supps Gift Card, excluding shipping costs and subject to a 15% restocking fee).
4. Payment Failures
If your payment method fails during a scheduled subscription charge, we will notify you via email and our system will automatically re-attempt the charge. If the payment cannot be processed after multiple attempts, your subscription may be automatically paused or canceled until your payment details are updated.
