Shipping and Return Policy
1. SHIPPING POLICY
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
We can ship products anywhere in the United States or internationally using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.
Items in stock will typically ship out in 2-3 business days. Please allow extra time when there is a new release of product(s) as our team will be backed up with orders.
a. Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax.
b. International Shipping & Orders
We are not responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties, customs or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility.
If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy below.
2. RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY & CANCELLATIONS
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return for eligible merchandise. Refunds are provided in the form of Fresh Supps Gift Cards, which exclude original shipping costs. Refunds for items returned within 15 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges). Any claims for damaged orders or missing items must be received within 24 hours (on business days) of receipt of package.
In case the following conditions are not met, Fresh Supps reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee or refuse the return:
- The items must be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase.
- Items and packaging must be received in new condition.
- The original manufacturer’s packaging must not be damaged.
- Orders shipped outside the United States are not eligible for return.
- Packaging must include all original items.
- Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box.
- Return package must include a copy of the original invoice or sale receipt.
Before returning a package you need to contact Fresh Supps support for a return label and instructions on your return. You can email support@freshsupps.com.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been filled. If the order you want to cancel has been filled, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy above.
